Our guests for the evening each have a different story to tell. This time, they have a common theme: food.
Max dedicates his time learning techniques of the past to preserve the future. Currently residing at a tiny fish smokery amongst the hills and standing stones of the West Cork coastline.
In no particular order: Corinne is a cook, mother, wife, teacher who loves food and lives in Pembrokeshire. Currently working on the Community Fridge Project, Fishguard & Goodwick.
